Forever Moments is designed to respect your privacy by design. All interactions on the Platform are conducted through your blockchain wallet. We do not collect, process, or store personally identifiable information (PII) on centralized servers.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not:

• Require account creation or email sign-up.
• Store your IP address, browser metadata, or device information on our own servers.
• Collect your name, contact information, or other personal identifiers.

3. Use of Google Analytics

To help us understand how users interact with the Platform and improve the experience, we use Google Analytics. This service may collect anonymized data such as:

• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Approximate geolocation (based on IP)
• Pages visited and time spent on the site

We use this data in aggregate form to analyze traffic patterns and user behavior. Google Analytics uses cookies to perform this function. You can control cookie settings in your browser, or opt out using tools like the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. No personal or on-chain data is linked to this analytics tracking.

4. Public On-Chain Data

Because Forever Moments operates entirely on the LUKSO blockchain, any information you choose to publish is publicly and permanently accessible. This includes:

• Your LUKSO wallet address
• Any content or metadata you publish on-chain using our tools
• Transactions related to $LIKES tokens or other LSP7/LSP8 assets

This information is inherently public and cannot be altered or deleted by OG Labs or any other party. You should assume that any data you publish via the Platform will be viewable by anyone.

5. Use of Blockchain Wallets

Your interaction with Forever Moments occurs entirely through your self-custodied LUKSO-compatible wallet. We do not have access to your private keys or ability to manage your wallet. Your wallet address may be used to personalize your on-chain view (e.g., collections you created or tokens you own), but this occurs client-side and is not stored by OG Labs.

6. Responsibility for On-Chain Content

By using the Platform, you agree that you are solely responsible for any personal data or content you choose to store on the blockchain. We cannot remove or edit any on-chain data.

7. Third-Party Services

Forever Moments may integrate third-party blockchain tools (e.g., IPFS gateways, wallet connectors) that may have their own data practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in conjunction with the Platform.

8. Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction

While we do not collect or store user data (except aggregated analytics data as noted above), we reserve the right to comply with applicable UK laws and cooperate with legal authorities in the investigation of illegal activity published via the Platform. However, due to the decentralized nature of the blockchain, we cannot alter or remove content once it is stored on-chain.

9. Your Rights

Due to the immutable and decentralized nature of the blockchain, certain traditional data rights (such as the right to erasure or correction) may not be technically feasible. We recommend users exercise caution and avoid publishing sensitive personal information.
