Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forever Moments, a decentralised platform developed and operated by OG Labs Limited, a UK-registered company ("we," "us," or "our"). Forever Moments is built on the LUKSO blockchain and provides tools for users to create, view, and manage digital content stored immutably on-chain. By using the Forever Moments platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Platform Nature and Content Responsibility

Forever Moments is a decentralised application. We do not host or control the data uploaded by users. All data is stored on the LUKSO blockchain, a public, immutable ledger. We provide interfaces for users to interact with blockchain data.

Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to store on-chain. You agree not to upload or reference any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, harmful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict the visibility of any content on our user-facing interfaces that we deem offensive or inappropriate. However, such content will remain permanently stored on the blockchain and beyond our control to delete or alter.

4. $LIKES Tokens

The Platform may allow users to purchase and use LSP7 $LIKES tokens as a way to appreciate on-chain content. These tokens are intended solely as a digital expression of appreciation within the Forever Moments ecosystem.

We do not make any representations or warranties about the future value of $LIKES tokens. They are not designed or marketed as securities or financial instruments. You acknowledge and agree that:

• $LIKES tokens have no intrinsic value or expected return.
• You acquire and use $LIKES tokens entirely at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from the use or transfer of $LIKES tokens.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Upload or link to illegal content, including but not limited to hate speech, pornography, or copyrighted material without authorization.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any actions you take on the Platform, including token use.

7. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees of any kind regarding the functionality, availability, or reliability of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OG Labs Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or blockchain assets.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform itself.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
